【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestoolsforcommunicationbetweenapurchaserandasupplierofweldingconsumableswithinqualitysystems,suchasthosebaseduponISO9001[1].Inproduction,thecomponentsofweldingconsumablesaredividedintodiscrete,predeterminedquantitiessothatsatisfactorytestswithasamplefromthatquantitywillestablishthattheentirequantitymeetsspecificationrequirements.Thesequantities,knownbysuchtermsasheats,lots,blends,batchesandmixes,varyinsizeaccordingtothemanufacturer.Foridentificationpurposes,eachmanufacturerassignsauniquedesignationtoeachquantity.Thisdesignationusuallyconsistsofaseriesofnumbersorletters,orcombinationsthereof,whichwillenablethemanufacturertodeterminethedateandtime(orshift)ofmanufacture,thetypeandsourceoftherawmaterialsused,andthedetailsoftheproceduresusedinproducingtheweldingconsumable.Thisdesignationstayswiththeweldingconsumableandcanbeusedtoidentifythemateriallater,inthosecasesinwhichidentificationisnecessary.
